Whether I coach corporate teams, facilitate workshops or work with individual clients, I focus on bringing a long-lasting change to the lives of my coachees. Coaching is such a personal and individual journey, there is no one way that fits all.
In the last couple of years, we have all been tested, often to the point of breaking. Whether you work for a large corporation, own your own business, do voluntary work, are on maternity/paternity leave or find yourself temporarily in between the jobs we have had to adjust our ways of being, thinking and functioning.
As individuals, we have encountered challenges we never even knew existed. And as for the teams, interpersonal dynamics shifted beyond imaginable.
Most of us are tired and still not quite sure what to expect. Uncertainty can be one of the biggest sources of anxiety. But it can also be one of the biggest opportunities for reflection, change and transformation. The choice really is ours.
When COACHING my clients FOR TRANSFORMATION, I often meet them at a crossroads of some sort. Career, relationships, health, boundaries, confidence issues, stress handling – feelings of being stuck in some way. They know that change is either coming or should come, but, as we often fear change, it might be easier said than done.

We do not coach the situation or the problem, we focus on you as a person.
It means we do not simply look at how to get from point A to point B. We take our time to understand where your feelings, emotions and need for change come from. We explore your inner beliefs and thought patterns, your habits and awareness. All by using practical exercises, coaching models, questions and space.
And because Transformational Coaching is future-oriented, our aim is to achieve a transformation that is lasting and empowers you to “rewire” your old belief system (which might have worked very well in the past) and replace it with a system that will help you move forward at this particular stage of your life.
My passion for Coaching High-Performance teams comes from my almost twenty years of experience in leading high-performing teams in five different countries, from the UK to Dubai, Slovakia, Vietnam and Japan.
I have experienced the pandemic and post-pandemic impact on team dynamics first-hand, leading my recent team in the UK.
Everything BUT one element has changed. That one element that does not seem to be affected by the pandemic are the expectations on the performance and results. Whether we want to admit it or not, we expect our teams to drive and deliver.
But how do we do that when teams are burnt out, tired, demotivated and often without a purpose?
Once again, we find ourselves talking about the TRANSFORMATION that is needed. This time, in our teams and organisations.
Spending 2020 and 2021 leading my team through our biggest and toughest transformation yet, we have spent many hours focused on the team’s mental health and wellbeing, openly discussing our challenges, celebrating every little win to keep us going, building one remote team, providing support to those members who needed it. I am not going to lie, it has been tough and their journey continues (I say their journey because I have now left to be a full-time coach). But thanks to all the attention we gave to each other, conversations, tears and sometimes an unavoidable drama, we have delivered results and innovations we had not even dreamed of before the pandemic.
