What does it mean to be CONSCIOUS?
Really conscious. Many of us don’t know.
We get stuck in the busyness of our everyday lives – hassling, thriving, pushing – JUST because we want to get somewhere.
What about if I told you that by doing the above, you’re doing the EXACT OPPOSITE. You’re getting further away from what you want to create, achieve and impact you want to make.
By being in the energy of pushing you are simply REACTING to what life brings and that reaction is a FIGHT or FLIGHT response to FEAR that you are subconsciously (and sometimes consciously) experiencing.
Fear of running out of money. Fear of not getting promotion. Fear of being made redundant. Fear of being rejected. Fear of not being good enough. Fear, fear, fear.

From Unconscious to Conscious, why can’t we create a lasting change?
95% of our behavior is run by our subconscious. 95%!!!
This is a scary number because it means that we have hardly any say on how we show up in the world.
We don’t question our behavior, habits, patterns and beliefs. And that’s a problem. Because we should.
On Day 1 of our Immersion we will look at your limiting beliefs and blocks around MONEY.
- Are you scared to ask for a pay rise or promotion?
- Are you not able to save any money?
- Do you feel guilty every time you want to buy something new?
- Do you believe that to earn money you have to work hard?
We will do a practical exercise to flash out your limiting belief around money and change that belief once and for all.
You can use this exercise in any area of your life where you feel stuck.
Our Day 1 together will help you see your blocks that are keeping you stuck

Now that we flashed out your limiting belief it’s time to look at your thoughts and how they influence how you experience life.
Your mind can be your best friend or your worst enemy. It really is up to you.
Are you an over thinker? Do you often get stuck in your head analyzing everything? Does that voice in your head keep you playing small?
Shall you believe your thoughts?
I will share the tools which will help you “get out of your way” and help gain clear perspective on what’s possible if you free yourself from the stories in your head.
10 November – 7.00pm – 7.30pm
Many of us have been told that expressing our emotions is a bad thing. We were taught to keep our emotions bottled in because showing how we really feel is a sign of weakness.
This could not be further away from the truth.
By bottling our emotions in we are literally making ourselves ill. Physically and mentally. Literally. This is not a metaphorical expression. Unexpressed emotions get stored in our body and if we don’t learn how to process them they WILL show up in our lives one way or another. It’s just a question of time.
To create life and results you want you MUST take your emotions into consideration. Emotions are neither good nor bad. They are a physical expression of our thoughts.

We will talk about the core emotions we all experience and how they influence results that we create.

What does body have to do with anything?
Your body is a compass that knows exactly what is going on in your life. If you only learned how to listen to your body, you could save yourselves the agony of over thinking and over analysing.
Your body knows exactly what you need.
Overstatement? Absolutely not.
We will work with your body, its sensations and messages it is sending you.
Do you struggle with ANXIETY or other “unwanted emotions?”
Then on Day 4 – we will release it from your body. As simple as that.
